Contrato entre artista y representante (manager) por el que el representante se pone a disposición del artista para llevar a cabo su representación, contraer obligaciones en su nombre, negociar contratos con el fin de proteger y mejorar la carrera del artista.

– Tour mánager y road mánager: se encarga de la organización y desarrollo de giras y conciertos, así como la coordinación de la logística del artista y su equipo en el caso del road mánager.
– Agente de prensa o responsable de comunicación: notas de prensa, coordinación de entrevistas, imagen pública del artista, redes sociales, promoción como marca, ingresos por derechos de imagen,…

El contrato debe incluir clausula de trabajo efectivo real remunerado a futuro y dentro del plazo
Lo normal es encontrar contratos de entre uno y cinco años.
Pueden haber garantías no incluidas en el contrato principal
El contrato no incluye los poderes para ejecutar labores (Poder administrativo, Poder Judicial, Poder especial etc) de ser necesario esos poderes deben incluirse
