Yo Orlando xxx xxxx DEBO y PAGARÉ incondicionalmente la suma de cuatrocientos cincuenta mil colones (₡ 450.000.00) en dinero efectivo a la orden de la acreedora María xxxx xxxxxx en su domicilio ya indicado, sobre el vencimiento, habrá un plazo, mediante cuotas quincenales los días 15 y 29 de cada mes de veinticinco mil colones (₡ 25.000.00) por quincena, el primer pago deberá realizarse el día 29 de octubre del año 2019 hasta el último pago finalizando el día 15 de julio del año 2020 sea que la misma tiene una duración de 9 meses, donde el deudor podrá cancelarla en su totalidad desde antes sin que se le genere ningún tipo de penalización.
