Prohibiciones a los patronos Costa Rica

ARTICULO 70.-Queda absolutamente prohibido a los patronos:

 

Inducir o exigir a sus trabajadores a que compren sus artículos de consumo a determinados establecimientos o personas;
Exigir o aceptar dinero de los trabajadores como gratificación para que se les admita en el trabajo o por cualquier otra concesión o privilegio que se relacione con las condiciones de trabajo en general;
Obligar a los trabajadores, cualquiera que sea el medio que se adopte, a retirarse de los sindicatos o grupos legales a que pertenezcan, o influir en sus decisiones políticas o convicciones religiosas;
Retener por su sola voluntad las herramientas u objetos del trabajador, sea a título de indemnización, garantía o de cualquier otro no traslativo de propiedad;
Hacer colectas o suscripciones obligatorias en los establecimientos de trabajo;
Portar armas en los lugares de trabajo, excepto en los casos especiales autorizados debidamente por la ley. La sanción en este caso será la que determina el artículo 154 del Código de Policía;
Dirigir los trabajos en estado de embriaguez o bajo cualquier otra condición análoga;
Omitir, en tratándose de fincas rurales, el plazo de que habla el artículo 691, párrafo final, del Código de Procedimientos Civiles, en caso de desalojamiento por cesación del contrato de trabajo u otro motivo, e
Ejecutar cualquier acto que restrinja los derechos que el trabajador tiene conforme a la ley.
j) Solicitar pruebas VIH para efectos de contratación laboral o permanencia en el trabajo. Cuando requiera pruebas de salud, podrá incluir exámenes hematológicos (pruebas de sangre) solamente en caso de que exista criterio médico que demuestre su necesidad y únicamente para efectos de protección de la salud de la persona trabajadora.

k) Exigir una prueba médica de embarazo para el ingreso o la permanencia en el trabajo.
