Artículo IX
Enriquecimiento ilícito
Con sujeción a su Constitución y a los
principios fundamentales de su ordenamiento jurídico, los Estados Partes que
aún no lo hayan hecho adoptarán las
medidas necesarias para tipificar en su
legislación como delito, el incremento
del patrimonio de un funcionario público
con significativo exceso respecto de sus
ingresos legítimos durante el ejercicio de
sus funciones y que no pueda ser razonablemente justificado por él.
Entre aquellos Estados Partes que hayan tipificado el delito de enriquecimiento ilícito, éste será considerado un acto
de corrupción para los propósitos de la
presente Convención.
Aquel Estado Parte que no haya tipificado el enriquecimiento ilícito brindará
la asistencia y cooperación previstas en
esta Convención, en relación con este
delito, en la medida en que sus leyes
lo permitan.

Ley Contra la Corrupción y Enriquecimiento Ilícito

Artículo 45
Enriquecimiento ilícito. Será sancionado
con prisión de tres a seis años quien,
aprovechando ilegítimamente el ejercicio
de la función pública o la custodia, la explotación, el uso o la administración de
fondos, servicios o bienes públicos, bajo
cualquier título o modalidad de gestión,
por sí o por interpósita persona física
o jurídica, acreciente su patrimonio,
adquiera bienes, goce derechos, cancele deudas o extinga obligaciones que
afecten su patrimonio o el de personas
jurídicas, en cuyo capital social tenga
participación ya sea directamente o por
medio de otras personas jurídicas.

Artículo 353
Enriquecimiento ilícito. Será reprimido
con prisión de seis meses a dos años, el
funcionario público que sin incurrir en un
delito más severamente penado:
1) Aceptare una dádiva cualquiera o
la promesa de una dádiva para hacer
valer la influencia derivada de su cargo ante otro funcionario, para que éste
haga o deje de hacer algo relativo a sus
funciones;
2) Utilizare con fines de lucro para sí
o para un tercero informaciones o datos de carácter reservado de los que
haya tomado conocimiento en razón de
su cargo;
3) Admitiere dádivas que le fueren presentadas u ofrecidas en consideración
a su oficio, mientras permanezca en el
ejercicio del cargo;

  5. Es war das älteste verbliebene Bauwerk auf dem Strip.
    Der ursprüngliche 9-stöckige Turm aus dem Jahr 1955
    wurde als nächstes abgerissen. Nach der Implosion des Monaco-Turms wurde das Casino-Areal abgerissen,
    gefolgt vom 8-stöckigen Turm von 1959.
    Asbest wurde im Monte Carlo Turm des Hotels und in den 1960er Jahren Türme entdeckt, und wurde vor der Implosion entfernt.
    Die Arbeiten begannen mit dem Ausnehmen des Monaco-Turms,
    während die Hotelparkhäuser und das Versailler Theater abgerissen wurden – die
    Arbeiten fanden im Sommer statt. Im Februar 2015 erwarb die
    Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority das Hotel Riviera und das dazugehörige Land für 182,5 Millionen Dollar.

    Es war zu diesem Zeitpunkt das älteste Casino am Strip.
    Mai 2015 wurde das Riviera nach 60-jährigem Bestand geschlossen. April 2006 sollte die Gesellschaft von Riv
    Acquisition Holdings, einer Investmentgruppe um den Immobilienexperten Neil Bluhm,
    Barry Sternlicht, Paul Kanavos and Scott Butera (Präsident der
