Sitio del Suceso

Se denomina Sitio del Suceso, al lugar donde ha ocurrido un hecho policial que requiere ser investigado, también se le denomina “Escena del Crimen”. En este lugar quedan las huellas, inicios, rastros o señales que después de ser analizadas y pesquisadas como evidencias físicas por los especialistas, se transformarán en los medios de prueba, que permitirán al juez establecer fehacientemente cómo ocurrió el hecho y cuál fue la participación de cada uno de los involucrados.

CLASIFICACION:

La razón de esta clasificación es con el objeto de determinar la metodología que deberá emplearse en el trabajo del sitio del suceso.

Sitio Del Suceso Abierto: Este sitio no tiene límites precisos, siendo los más comunes, vía pública, playa, potrero, etc. Debe trabajarse desde el foco hacia la periferia, estableciendo círculos concéntricos equidistantes, cuya dimensión varía de acuerdo a las características del lugar el tamaño y extensión de los hallazgos, terminándose el trabajo en la zona donde se pierdan los rastros, huellas o indicios.

Sitio Del Suceso Cerrado: Este lugar es aquel que se encuentra circunscrito por límites precisos, interior de una casa, departamento, oficinas, etc. Deberá trabajarse de la periferia hacia el centro del foco.

Sitio Del Suceso Mixto: Es aquel que presenta características de ambos Sitios del Suceso. Si bien existen sitios de suceso que por sus características se denominan mixtos, la metodología a usar en estos casos debe definirla el propio investigador en el lugar del hecho, eligiendo el método más adecuado, ya sea como sitio abierto o cerrado.

MÉTODO ESQUEMÁTICO DEL TRABAJO EN EL SITIO DEL SUCESO:

El trabajo del sitio del suceso comprende los siguientes pasos:

1.- Protección

2.- Inspección Ocular

3.- Medios de Fijación

4.- Rastreo

5.- Examen de Cadáveres

6.- Interpretación del hecho (formación hipótesis)

7.- Resultado de: autopsia y pericias
