El recurso de amparo es el proceso mediante el cual se garantizan y resguardan los derechos fundamentales plasmados en nuestra Constitución Política e instrumentos internacionales. Por ejemplo, el derecho a la salud, al medio ambiente, a la educación, al debido proceso…El amparo es una acción o un recurso, d tutela los derechos constitucionales del ciudadano. Cualquier persona, sin importar edad, situación migratoria, nacionalidad o condición legal puede plantear este recurso Lo único que se requiere es la identificación de la persona que presenta el amparo (nombre y cédula), el nombre de la persona a favor de la que lo interpone (si no fuera la misma), un detalle de los hechos por lo cuales se presenta el amparo, e indicar un medio para recibir notificaciones.
